Michela Diamanti, the protagonist of "Silence That Kills," leads a group of concerned youngsters posing as "investigators." This group succeeds in breaking through the wall of silence and disinformation surrounding advances in genetic research and therapy. Through the investigation of medical institutions and their professionals, and the careful examination of information available to the public, the actors seek to guide the audience towards the discovery of the truth; namely, that cures for many "incurable" diseases exist, and that their dissemination will bring untold benefit to humanity as a whole.
About Michela Diamanti
Michela Diamanti is a very hard working and honest individual. At one point in her career, confronted by reality, she changed her priorities and outlook, and decided to take part in this project "Silence That Kills". In order to do so, she willingly took part in the research of this film, and worked hard to bring it to completion, expanding her own knowledge and awareness in the process. She has worked for RAI (Italian national television) on various projects, and has captured the attention of Italian producers and directors as a valuable and talented professional.

If the audience follows in their footsteps, and stops taking that which is presented to them as the whole truth, this wall of silence can be eliminated, and interested parties will no longer be able to hide these discoveries in obscurity.
